Dividend adjustment
Dividend adjustment applies when trading CFDs on shares.
Dividend adjustment can be positive. Payments for positive adjustment are credited to the customer's trading account. Positive adjustment is applied if on the ex-dividend date, customer has buy position for the respective instrument opened at least 5 days before the day of recording of the register.
Dividend adjustment may be negative. Withdrawals at negative adjustment are made from the trading account of the customer. Negative adjustment is applied if on the date of recording of shareholders register, customer has sell position for the respective instrument.

Preliminary date of receiving the right to the dividend (ex-dividend date) is scheduled for July 3, 2007. If there is an open position as of July 3, 2007 in the amount of 1 lot (100 shares) to buy a CFD on share of American Express Company (AXP), the amount is accrued to the trading account is as follows:
100 х 0.15 = 15 USD
If there is an open position as of July 3, 2007 in the amount of 1 lot (100 shares) to sell a CFD on share of American Express Company (AXP), the amount deducted from the trading account is as follows:
100 х 0.15 = 15 USD
Dividend adjustment is credited/debited to the trading account within 3 months after the register recording date (ex-dividend date).
