VIP Trade is a loyalty programme that sets terms, benefits, bonuses and access to various services and promos of the company. Depending on the size of your deposit, you are given one of three programme statuses:

Deposit is the amount funded from external sources (i.e. excluding internal transfers between accounts and Client's Personal Areas), which, after crediting, makes the account balance equal to or exceeding the minimum amount for a VIP status. You can check the terms of the programme in your Personal Area to see the minimum amount for a VIP status.
If a client has more than one account, the funds are totalled.
VIP status can be given to the Client during the promos of the Company or its partners. VIP status is automatically cancelled in case a client withdraws funds from their trading account using external details.
The Company reserves the right to revoke VIP status at its sole discretion if it suspects that a client has abused the terms of the VIP programme.

Your personal manager becomes your personal assistant and advisor. He is the trader having long-term service as well as comprehensive experience covering any subtleties or details of the exchange market. The personal manager is a highly-qualified expert who is able to resolve all technical issues arisen out quickly and upon the conditions of admissible convenience, to arrange depositing/withdrawing the funds in short cuts, to provide you advice for all fields of the company services rendered as well as to lead you promptly and competently taking into consideration the current market situation.
Your personal manager gives comments on the current price movement at the market, assists you interpreting the recent news and provides you a retrospective view of the matter in question to develop an expanded trading plan and to take an appropriate and well-timed trading resolution. For example, acting on behalf of you, your personal manager can contact you by means of phone or email to inform you that the price you are interested in or a vantage point to conclude a deal.
Other opportunity enables to make use of the SyncTrading service and to develop the investment portfolio that unites the strategies of a number of traders masters (the Masters). Your personal manager also assists you with the analysis of trading effected by the Masters listed in the Rating, to compare their operating methods and effects and then to choose the portfolio of masters that is the most appropriate for you.

TeleTrade offers all clients to join Bonus Programme—based on 24% per year—with monthly payments. VIP clients are provided with some special additional benefits.
VIP GOLD or VIP PLATINUM clients receive even higher bonus interest—30% and 36% per year, respectively.
Your monthly bonus is credited at the beginning of the next calendar month. VIP clients receive 24% per year bonus interest (2% per month); VIP GOLD clients get 30% per year bonus (2.5% per month), and VIP PLATINUM clients receive 36% per year bonus interest (3% per month).
The bonus is credited once the following conditions are met:
1. A Client's trading account holds VIP status during the entire accounting month and on the day the interest is credited;
2. There is active trading in the Client's trading account. The amount of traded lots during an accounting month should not be less than the amount of funds at the beginning of the accounting month in the ratio of 2 lots per 1000 USD (Equity).
All trades made with any trading instrument are included in the calculation.
Please note that in case there are any other types of bonuses in the account, under various TeleTrade bonus programmes, the total of all valid bonuses is automatically included in the amount of funds at the beginning of the accounting month. Due to that, the number of traded lots required to receive bonus interest at the end of the accounting month is estimated based on the total amount of funds at the beginning of the same accounting month, which also includes bonuses. In the example above, the amount of funds is to be considered as the total amount of funds.
If the client's equity is 100,000 USD in the account, including current profits or losses for all positions, and, say, another 10,000 USD as bonuses, then the total amount of funds in the account is 110,000 USD, and to receive the bonus at the end of the accounting month, the client needs to fulfil the trading turnover requirement in the ratio of at least 220 lots.
Valud bonuses at the end of the month, however, are NOT included in the basis amount based on which the bonus interest is calculated.
The basis amount for crediting the bonus interest (monthly) is the total amount of the client's equity in the account as per the end of the accounting month, less funds deposited in the account within this accounting month. In other words, the interest does not apply to bonuses and newly deposited funds for an incomplete accounting month. It does, however, apply to the profit gained within that accounting month, including the profit gained within an incomplete accounting month.
Let's say, based on the same example, the total amount of funds in the account at the end of the accounting month, taking into account the results of all open and closed trades as well as bonuses, is 170,000 USD. 10,000 USD of this amount is bonuses, 20,000 USD is the profit gained by the client within the accounting month, and 40,000 USD is additional funds deposited in the account by the client in the same accounting month. Provided that the client closed over 220 lots in that accounting month, at the beginning of the next accounting month the client will receive +2% of 120,000 USD, i.e. 2,400 USD. The amount of 40,000 USD deposited within the accounting month and the bonus amount of 10,000 USD are not subject to monthly interest calculation. The interest is accrued on the client's equity at the beginning of the month worth 100,000 USD and 20,000 USD profit gained in the accounting month.
If a VIP client has more than one trading account, the calculation and payouts of interests are carried out separately for each account.
These special conditions apply to all VIP statuses.

If you exceed the set number of lots for an accounting month (+2 lots to each 1000 USD/EUR), the bonus is paid at the % rate of the next VIP status (calculated for all accounts).
In this case, USD will be used for all calculations, regardless of the currency of the trading account. This rule allows for consistent calculations, including for those VIP clients who have several trading accounts in both EUR and USD currencies.
TeleTrade reimburses its clients for a portion of expenses paid for trades closed within a particular monthly period. The amount of cashback depends on the VIP status of the client and is calculated based on the spread size at the moment of position closure and on the commission paid by the client for executing the trades but it may not exceed $10 per lot. Cashback is deposited in the client's trading account at the beginning of every month but not later than on the fifth of the month that follows after the accounting month.
Cashback Conditions:
1. At the beginning and at the end of the monthly period as well as on the date of cashback deposit, the client must hold the VIP status.
2. The client did not have bonus funds in their account during the accounting month.
3. Within the relevant monthly period, no funds withdrawal must take place.
4. All trades made with any trading instrument are included in the calculation.
Example of cashback calculation for a closed position for a VIP Gold client:
Let's say, a client closed a position of 10 lots on EURUSD within one accounting month. Upon the position's closure, the spread was 0.6 pip or $60 per 10 lots on EURUSD. The commission for position this opening was $80.
For this trade, at the beginning of the next month the client will get a 13% cashback of $140, i.e. $18.2.
TeleTrade reimburses its VIP clients for accumulated negative rollover for the transactions closed within the previous monthly period. The reimbursement amount is credited to the client's trading account at the beginning of every month but not later than on the 5th of the month following after the accounting month.
Reimbursement conditions: At the beginning and at the end of the accounting month as well as on the date of cashback deposit, the client must hold the VIP status.
