Today the GBP / USD pair is mainly growing in the range of 1.2645-95 and on the hourly chart is testing the moving average line MA (200) H1(1.2660). On the four-hour chart, the situation is similar. Technically speaking, the resistance level of 1.2710 may keep prices from further growth. In case of its breakdown, the pair may rise to 1.2785. The lower boundary of 1.2600 represents a strong support level.

The main scenario for the pair suggests a decline to the session low of 1.2645 and then, maybe, to 1.2600-10 (Feb 29 and March 1 lows)
The alternative scenario implies a break of the resistance at 1.2700-10 (Feb 22-26 highs) and maybe a rise to 1.2775-85 (Jan 24 and Feb 2 highs).
