USD/CHF is testing the MA (200) H1

Today, since the beginning of trading, the pair USD/CHF rose from Chf0. 8850 to Chf0.8880, but soon fell sharply, losing all the positions gained. On the hourly chart, the pair tests the moving average line MA (200) H1 (Chf0. 8860), but on the four-hour chart it remains significantly below MA (200) H4 (Chf0.9000). Based on this, it is probably worth sticking to the southern direction in trading and, at the end of the correction, look for an exit point to sell.

Resistance levels are: Chf0.8880, Chf0.8920, Chf0.8945

Support levels are: Chf0.8820, Chf0.8800, Chf0.8700

The main scenario for the pair's promotion - support breakout of Chf0. 8820 (December 17 low), and there may be a decline to the psychological level of Chf0. 8800

An alternative scenario - if the session high of Chf0. 8880 is broken, then the pair is likely to grow to Chf0. 8920 (December 21 high)
