GBP / USD pair retreated from the highs of early May 2018

Today, the GBP / USD pair is trading mainly with a decline in the range of $1.3490-$1.3585, retreating from the high of early May 2018 ($1.3620) reached yesterday. The pair is trading above the MA (200) H1  ($1.3400)  moving average line and above MA (200) H4 ($1.3300) on the four - hour chart. In this situation, finding a buy position can be a wise decision for those who want to take advantage of a stronger British currency.

Resistance levels are: $1.3620, $1.3665, $1.3795

Support levels are: $1.3490, $1.3400-35, $1.3280

The main scenario for the pair's promotion - if the resistance of $1.3620 (high on May 10' 2018, December 17 high) is broken, the pair can rise to $1.3665 (high on May 2' 2018)

An alternative scenario - breakout of the session low of $1.3490 and may be a decline of the pair to $1.3400-35 (December 16 low, MA (200) H1)
